2026 WOW Applications and Registrations are OPEN!

We can’t wait to see all our friends and make new ones on Saturday, June 27, 2026 (11:00am-4:00pm) at Burke Lakefront Airport for another great day of soaring above crises.

Please use link above to download your Medical Authorization Form to be completed by your child’s physician. Form should be submitted by 6/15/26 to ensure that your application can be reviewed by the Kids in Flight Safety Team.

Pilots who have NOT previously flown with Kids in Flight should complete BOTH forms linked above. Once your Registration and Application are complete, Chief Pilot Hans will be in touch regarding your medicals, flight logs, and other paperwork.

Volunteers should be 16 years of age or older and be able to spend the day outdoors. Each volunteer should have his/her own unique email address for registration. Online volunteer orientation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00pm.
